  • How do I make a reservation?

Anyone can make a reservation online, via e-mail, via fax, or by telephone. You can call our customer service toll free number at 1-877-905-1001 or our local office number in Orlando at  407-206-1001 and one of our reservation specialist will be happy to assist your needs or simply click here and reserve online. Our leading-edge technology allows to you, add, modify, and view reservations, or create receipts for your trips. If you are not a frequent traveler, no problem, just submit your reservation online request and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

  • How far in advance should I place my reservation? 

Availability changes daily and we suggest you place your reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and time. We no longer accept reservation over one year.

  • How and where can I pay? 

You can either pay cash or credit to your chauffeur after your drop off location. We take any major credit cards. However, the cardholder is required to present the card, unless a 3rd party authorization or Corporate account has been approved.  For a round trip transfer, a full payment is required after the first drop off location.

  • Are there any other fees? 

No, Airport parking, tolls, taxes, surcharge and meet & greet service are already included in the total fare.

  • How Do I handle gratuity for the Chauffeur? 

Standard gratuity is between 15% and 20% of your trip, about what you would pay at a restaurant. We do not dictate gratuity service charge except in the case of a Stretch Limousine transfer where there is a required minimum of 20 % for gratuity. Many times you can either pay your chauffeur cash or add the gratuity to your credit card after the trip is completed.
How Do I know what size of vehicle is best for my needs?
We have in our fleet Lincoln Town Car sedan (holds up to 4 passengers). Luxury SUV Cadillac Escalade or Suburban Chevrolet (holds up to six passengers). Luxury Van (holds up to 8 passengers) and regular VAN (10 to 14 passengers capacity). If you are booking airport transportation consider the amount of luggage your party has.

  • Where Do I meet my Chauffeur? 

At the Orlando International Airport – MCO or Sanford International Airport – SBF your chauffeur will meet and greet you at the baggage claim area of your airline upon your flight arrival. The Chauffeur will hold a sign displaying you name. If your pick up is at a hotel, outside main lobby area or any other location designated by you.

  • Will my chauffeur assist with my bags? 

Yes, your chauffeur can assist with your bags. We will make sure your transition from air to ground transportation is as easy as possible for you.

  • Are you certified and Insured? 

Yes, 1001 transportation is member of GOLA  ( Greater Orlando Limousine Association ), and we are cleared to operate at MCO ( Orlando International Airport ), SBF ( Sanford International Airport ), Port Canaveral Cruise line in Cape Canaveral, Osceola County and the city of Orlando. Our insurance policy carry $ 1,000.000.00 liability cover. Our insurance information card and licenses are carried on board and can be inspected by our guests.

  • What is your cancellation policy? 

All reservations must be cancelled at least with 24 hours advance notice prior to your scheduled trip to assume no financial liability. After this period, if a reservation is cancelled the client is responsible for 100 % payment of the originally scheduled transfer. A no show to your scheduled trip will also assume 100% financial liability, unless the reason for your no show was because of any natural disaster. If you book a discounted round trip fare and decided to cancel your return trip, your return portion of the fare will not be refundable, except in a situation of any emergency or natural disaster, a 50 % portion of the ( return )  fare will be refunded to you.   • Can I smoke in any of your cars or limousines? 

All of our vehicles are non-tobacco vehicles. If you would like to use tobacco, we would gladly stop at your convenience so you may do so.

  • Do you have any online reservation complimentary offers? 

Yes, we offer a complimentary child & booster seat and a 20 minutes grocery stop.

  • What is the availability of your staff? 

Our staff is available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, seven day a week
